Following their 2019 sell out success with Age on Stage, Youth Lyric, in partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College, roar into a production of Belfast playwright Stewart Love’s classic Titanic.

Award winning actor/producer Wilfie Pyper MBE makes his directorial debut with Youth Lyric with students from nine courses at Belfast Met to bring this classic story of love and loss to brilliant theatrical life!

Titanic tells the story of the conception, construction and eventual sinking of the mighty RMS Titanic. A tale of the pride and achievements of the people of Belfast and the anxious eyes of passengers and crew stare at the cruel waters.

Carolyn Stewart joins the Youth Lyric Board of Trustees.

One of Northern Ireland’s most popular and successful broadcasters Carolyn Stewart has accepted an invitation to join the Youth Lyric Board of Trustees. Carolyn is familiar with our work and is looking forward to being part of the team.

Speaking about her appointment Carolyn said:

“I was delighted to be asked to serve on the Youth Lyric Board of Trustees and know from talking to pupils and parents that the charity does amazing work.”
