PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO CONSENT

We will be taking photos and videos during the week to use as publicity for Youth Lyric. If you are not happy for images of your child to be used please tick here.

VERIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND SHARED THE CODE OF CONDUCT WITH MY CHILD AND THAT THEY WILL ADHERE TO ITS GUIDELINES (PLEASE TICK THE CHECKBOX BELOW)

What to wear: You can purchase a Youth Lyric t shirt for £12-£14 in advance by sending your child's name and size to info@youthlyric.co.uk

What to bring: Please bring drinks and food (no nuts) for your child each day.

Fees are £100 per child (£5 sibling discount) payable in advance of summer scheme.
